Sales Executive — B2B SaaS
Full-time | Remote | India
Hiring
We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow EZHRM’s customer base among Indian SMBs. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, work closely with our product team to provide customer feedback, and build long-term relationships with clients.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and qualify SMB leads through outbound calling, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Conduct product demos (online and in-person in your city)
- Manage a pipeline of 50–100 active prospects in CRM
- Achieve monthly ARR targets (starting at ₹5 lakh/month)
- Provide weekly market feedback to the product team
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years of B2B software sales experience (HRMS/Payroll/SaaS preferred)
- Strong communicator in Hindi and English (regional language a plus)
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote-first environment
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Customer Success Manager

Our Customer Success Manager will own the post-sales relationship with EZHRM customers — from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You’ll be the customer’s champion internally, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform and never have a reason to churn.
What you’ll do:
- Onboard new customers (data migration, configuration, training)
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts
- Monitor product adoption and proactively address gaps
- Drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities
- Be the voice of the customer in internal product discussions
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years in Customer Success or Implementation for B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with Indian HR/Payroll concepts (PF, ESI, PT a strong plus)
- Patient, empathetic communicator who can simplify complex topics

Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js)

We’re building the next generation of EZHRM — AI-powered attendance, real-time compliance automation, and WhatsApp integrations at scale. We need a Full Stack Developer who can work across the stack, ship fast, and care deeply about code quality and user experience.
