Why We Built EZHRM
Every month, I watched small business owners in our industrial belt spend entire weeks on payroll — manually calculating PF, ESI, and TDS in Excel. HR managers answering 50 employee calls a day for payslips and leave balances. Factory supervisors with no idea who actually showed up for work.
These weren’t small problems. They were costing businesses hundreds of hours and thousands of rupees in errors and penalties — every single month.
EZHRM was built to fix this. Not a generic HR tool adapted for India — but software designed from the ground up for how Indian businesses actually operate: contract workers, field teams, Aadhaar verification, WhatsApp communication, and state-specific compliance.
