Employees Dependent Information

As mentioned earlier, EZHRM allows to manage and maintain KYC details for each employee in it. At EZHRM, we have gone a step further and we ask employees to add their dependents details in the system too. Of course, this is not a mandatory feature, those who want can enter the details in the relevant section.

The main benefit of this feature is that for certain compliances, e.g. ESIC, the company must have this information and with their address and ID proofs uploaded in the software, the company can manage these details easily. These details come handy in case of any sudden audit of the company. This information can also be used by the HR department while planning for certain benefits for employees or planning for inter-location transfers of the employees.
